Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Analyst to join our Account Processing Unit team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with knowledge of liability operations and account processing.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process accounts accurately and efficiently.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in account processing.
Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and enhance processes.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide excellent customer service through effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Experience in liability operations and account processing is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with banking software and systems is an advantage.
