We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the Centralized Processing Center, Liability Operations, Account Processing Unit. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in account processing or related fields. Roles and Responsibility Manage and process accounts with high accuracy and efficiency. Analyze and resolve account-related issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity. Maintain accurate records and reports of account transactions. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of account processing principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using banking software and systems. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
