Operations Admin Executive

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing all tenant records, agreements, renewals, and documentation. You will act as the primary point of contact for tenants for administrative queries and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely communication with tenants regarding notices, maintenance schedules, and policy updates. - Assisting in billing, invoicing, and collection of security deposits and rents, if applicable. - Overseeing daily operations of the apartment complex, including common areas, utilities, and amenities. - Coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs with vendors and service providers. - Monitoring cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of all facilities within the apartment premises. - Maintaining inventory of office and maintenance supplies for smooth operations. - Managing and supervising housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. - Liaising with vendors, contractors, and service providers for various facility-related works. - Ensuring quality and timely completion of all maintenance and service activities. - Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and statutory requirements related to property management. - Preparing periodic reports on operations, maintenance activities, and tenant feedback for management review. - Maintaining records for audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
