Operational Specialist - Transport

Position Purpose: Responsible for Responsible for the day-to-day operation of employee transport

Responsibilities:

• Managing all on ground operations related to GOGO Hyd employee transport services and rental car services ,  in accordance with client Transport Management guidelines or as directed by client from time to time 
• Handling transport arrangement requests received from employees through the TMS App, verifying system-generated rosters, and ensuring timely deployment of cabs.
• Keeping daily, up-to-date records of all requests, vehicle allocations, and related data.
• Ensuring optimal grouping of employees traveling the same route at the same time for efficiency.
• Ensuring timely arrival and departure of vehicles
• Verifying that all vehicles deployed by third-party fleet service providers are roadworthy and well-maintained in terms of safety, compliance, and hygiene. This includes checking the Registration Certificate (RC), Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate, insurance, tax permit, fitness certificate, etc
• Ensuring that all drivers from third-party fleet service providers are well-mannered, properly groomed, hold valid driving licenses, follow traffic rules, and are not under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances. Conducting alcohol tests for all drivers before departure.
• Managing and addressing employee queries, complaints, and feedback related to transport, taking the necessary action to resolve issues within a reasonable time frame
• Responding promptly to any transport incidents or accidents, immediately informing the Transport Manager and Team via call or message, providing necessary assistance or backup vehicles as required, and preparing an incident report to be sent to the Transport Manager and Team within 3 hours
• Handling any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Important points

• A proven experience working on the MoveInSync tool is an added advantage.
• Associates must be computer literate
• Willing to work in rotating shifts
• 6 Day a week with rotational week off
• Must commute to work on their own.
