As an Operational Specialist for Packaging & Product Sustainability at LIXIL INDIA PVT LTD, your role will involve supporting the coordination and management of packaging-related data and processes for new product launches. You will be a key member of the GROHE Global Product (GGP) team, ensuring compliance with packaging regulations, supporting sustainability initiatives, and facilitating operational execution across cross-functional teams involved in packaging. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to define packaging needs for new product launches and packaging change requirements in alignment with business, quality, and regulatory needs. - Efficiently collect and document all packaging-related data using tools like SAP, specifying new data requirements and cleaning existing data as needed for reporting and business purposes. - Act as the main contact point for technical packaging changes from manufacturing plants and business units. - Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, clarity, and standardization in packaging processes. - Monitor packaging-related regulations proactively, identifying risks and opportunities for compliance and optimization. - Support the implementation of product sustainability initiatives within the packaging and product domain to align with LIXIL's sustainability strategy. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. - Proven experience in a complex cross-functional operational role within a multinational manufacturing organization. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies. - Previous understanding of packaging, product sustainability, and compliance is beneficial. - Track record of collecting and managing data, proactive process development, and coordination. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with international stakeholders. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous. - Willingness to travel as required, which is limited for this role.
