About the Role:

Operational Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

KPI/KRI Validation:
Define, monitor, and validate KPIs and KRIs for servicing operations.
Ensure metrics align with regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite.
Program & Control Testing:
Develop and execute risk-based testing plans for operational controls. o Assess effectiveness of existing controls and recommend enhancements.
Perform root cause analysis for control failures and drive remediation.
Risk Data & Reporting:
Aggregate and analyze risk data across servicing functions. o Prepare risk dashboards, trend analysis, and executive reports.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and regulators.
Governance & Compliance:
Maintain adherence to CFPB, RESPA, TILA, and investor guidelines.
Support regulatory exams and internal audits with risk documentation.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead a team of risk analysts and testers.
Partner with operations, compliance, and quality teams to embed risk culture.

Required Skills & Experience:

8 - 12 years
in Operational Risk or Quality Assurance within.
Strong knowledge of
risk frameworks, control testing, and regulatory compliance
.
Expertise in
risk metrics (KPI/KRI)
and data analytics.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong people management skills
