We are hiring for "IT Scrum Master" for Chennai location.

Apply only if you are having 5+Years of relevant experience as per the JD.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning,
    sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
  • Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT.
  • At least 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Functional Project Manager
    role for NBFC with through understanding in LOS / LMS / Collection management system.

Skill Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools.
  • Good understanding of .Net based application with SQL experience.
  • Good understanding of API integration.
  • Well verse about change management tool.
