Job Description: Experience building Dashboards preferably with PowerBI(DAX formulas, Excel Macros, Sharepoint, Confluence), required to build IT QA metrics and other dashboards Automation. Dashboard Development: Designing and developing interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize data effectively using PBI Desktop, PBI Web Client and SharePoint. Performance Monitoring: Developing dashboards to monitor real-time testing progress and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement. Automated Reporting : Setting up automated reports in Power BI that provide regular updates on QA testing metrics to stakeholders. Documentation : Documenting dashboard design, data sources, processes, methodologies, and solutions for future reference using JIRA Confluence. Tools : JIRA-Confluence, Power BI, Excel/Macros Requirements: 10+ years of hands-on testing experience (mortgage/financial industry a plus) Good understanding of end-to-end software development process including ability to analyse business and functional requirements Excellent skills in creating test strategy documents, test plans and test scripts Solid Experience with test and defect management tools and ability to create test metrics and Ability to work with business teams to facilitate user acceptance testing Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Postman, ADO Good experience with ETL Testing (Data Migration or Dashboards) using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or any DB Exposure to Excel and build Macros to automate basic tasks Be able to communicate and manage risks and perform risk-based testing, if required Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills
