• Coordinate resilience assurance activities, including scenario testing, simulations, and training exercises aligned with regulatory requirements
• Monitor compliance with regional operational resilience guidelines
• Manage projects to improve risk management tools, processes, and response capabilities

Skills & Experience

• Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or risk management within financial services
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex information to diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and exercise sound judgment
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and task management
• Interest in data-driven decision-making, including familiarity with data visualisation tools
