Operational lead

• Lead, plan, and oversee day-to-day operational activities across assigned functions or locations, ensuring smooth execution of processes, adherence to defined SOPs, achievement of productivity targets, and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.


• Drive operational efficiency by monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance data, identifying process gaps, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, turnaround time, resource utilization, and service quality.


• Manage and mentor operational teams by setting clear goals, allocating work, providing regular feedback, conducting training, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, compliance, and performance excellence.


• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and audit guidelines, while proactively identifying operational risks, implementing controls, and addressing escalations or deviations in a timely manner.


• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including finance, HR, IT, vendors, and senior leadership to support operational planning, capacity management, issue resolution, and successful execution of projects or change initiatives.
