Key Tasks: - Experience in Lean Transformations/Operational Excellence. - Drive Kaizen initiatives across the plant at all levels. - Lead improvement projects throughout the plant and at all levels. Skills: - Prior experience in an Operational Excellence/Manufacturing Excellence role. - Proficiency in 5S, Safety, Kaizen, Lean, and IMS. - Lean certification and IMS internal Auditor certification are advantageous. Qualifications: - Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Experience: - 6-10 years of experience in an operational excellence role within manufacturing or a similar industry.,
