Who are we?
We’re a UK based technology and service company who provide support functions to our sister company BresBet.
What would you do?
In this role, you’ll provide support to the BresBet Compliance and Customer Services Team. The most crucial bit of the job is to protect both the company and our customers from harm. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of operational compliance (Anti-Money Laundering, Social Responsibility, Fraud and Risk Management) so it’s a real chance to get a very broad experience in this area. Here’s a bit more detail on what you’ll do:
· Review and monitor new accounts, financial transactions and activity patterns;
· Review and process withdrawal requests from our customers;
· Make sure we’ve got the correct level of due diligence on each customer;
· Carry out extra due diligence checks on high-risk customers;
· Assess and monitor both vulnerable and high-value customers, so we’re doing affordability checks at the right time. Restrict these accounts and speak to customers when we need to.
· Help to sort out any issues for our customers, whilst making sure we stay within the rules;
· Spot any unusual or suspicious activity related to Social Responsibility, Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud;
· Help the team in day-to-day investigations and to analyse customer behaviour;
· Not surprisingly lots of the issues our customers have are to do with their activity, which means you’ll work closely with our trading team (who are great);
· Become a whiz on our customer service software – Freshdesk – which neatly organizes the issues, keeps track of who they came from and how we are responding.
Would we be a good match?
To be our perfect match, you’ll need to:
· Have a degree or master’s qualification.
· Have worked in fraud and risk management team, verification or compliance related team.
· High level of attention to detail and great analytical skills.
· Be a good writer and communicator in English, in a way that feels clear, friendly and warm.
· Be good in a team.
· Know a bit about computers, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
· Be keen to learn and grow.
· Have a positive outlook.
· Have ability to manage workload effectively and on time.

What can you expect from us?
Hours of work and location: This is a full-time permanent role based in Gurugram, Haryana. We’ll need you to work 8.5-hour shifts, 5 days a week including weekends and state/national holidays on a rota basis.
Salary: The salary for this role is up to ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience.
