Operational Change Manager

Additionally, valued skills for this role may involve: - Implementing end-to-end change adoption, encompassing both people and process transformation. - Mobilizing, initiating, planning, overseeing, and managing change activities effectively. - Leading and engaging diverse stakeholder groups within complex, matrixed environments across multiple geographies. Location: Pune In this role, you will support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives by ensuring readiness for change. Your accountabilities will include: - Identifying and analyzing business impacts and opportunities requiring change. - Developing business readiness strategies for successful implementation of change initiatives. - Communicating with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and addressing resistance to change. - Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth transition of technology delivery. - Reviewing business readiness plans and ensuring completion of readiness activities on time.
