Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Theatre Trainer based in New Delhi. The Operation Theatre Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and instructional design. Daily tasks will include evaluating trainees' performance, providing feedback, and ensuring the highest standards of training are met. The role also involves staying updated with the latest practices in the field and incorporating them into the training curriculum.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Previous experience working in an operation theatre setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and trainees
