The group oversees a community of over 100,000 students across GD Goenka University, GD Goenka Education City, 90+ GD Goenka Senior Secondary Schools, GD Goenka World School, GD Goenka High School, 30+ GD Goenka La Petite Montessori Preschools, and 50+ GD Goenka Toddler House Preschools and Day Care.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Theatre Trainer located in Ghazipur. The Operation Theatre Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing instructional materials, and providing hands-on training. Daily tasks will include delivering lectures, facilitating practical sessions, developing training schedules, assessing trainees' performance, and ensuring that the training complies with industry standards and regulations.

Analytical Skills and Instructional Design skills
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work independently and mentor students
A background in healthcare or medical training is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
