Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Theatre Trainer located in Gurugram Sec-83. The Operation Theatre Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals. Duties include conducting instructional sessions, creating training materials, demonstrating procedures, and assessing trainees' performance. The trainer will also be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Training & Development and Instructional Design skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness
• Prior experience in Operation Theatre procedures is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in using training software and tools
