Operation Theatre technician trainer

GD Goenka Healthcare Academy invites applications for the role of Operation Theatre (OT) Trainer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training to students enrolled in the Operation Theatre Technology program. This role requires a commitment to academic excellence and the development of students' skills to prepare them for careers in surgical technology and theatre management.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery:
• Conduct engaging lectures and practical sessions on topics such as surgical instrumentation, aseptic techniques, patient positioning, and infection control protocols.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including demonstrations, case studies, and hands-on laboratory exercises, to enhance student learning.
• Curriculum Implementation:
• Follow the prescribed curriculum and ensure that all course objectives are met.
• Contribute to the development and updating of course materials and laboratory manuals to reflect current industry standards.
• Student Assessment:
• Design and administer written, oral, and practical assessments to evaluate student understanding and competencies.
• Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students requiring assistance.
• Laboratory Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper handling of reagents, samples, and waste disposal.
• Student Mentorship:
• Guide students in professional ethics, communication skills, and career development.
• Support students during internships and clinical postings, offering mentorship and supervision.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,065.20 - ₹25,928.25 per month
