Job Description

Job Responsibilities: As an Operation Manager, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: · Order Management: Oversee the processing of all orders, ensuring that they are ready for printing and delivery on time. Quality Assurance: Check all order details, ensuring accuracy in printing specifications and product quality. Coordination with Teams: Coordinate with the sales, printing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment. Timely Delivery: Ensure all orders are delivered within the promised timelines, tracking delivery status and resolving any delays. Job Responsibilities: Store Lead Management: Manage and track store leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate recording of customer information and inquiries. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for all printing materials and supplies. Problem Resolution: Address any issues related to order processing, printing errors, or delivery problems promptly. Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about their order status and handle any concerns or inquiries they may have. Process Optimization: Identify and suggest improvements to streamline the operations process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of orders, delivery performance, store lead management, and any operational challenges. Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and resolve any supply-related issues.
