Position: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations in hospitality and facility management across assigned sites.
Lead manpower planning, sourcing, and deployment for both
white-collar
and
blue-collar
job roles.
Maintain client relationships and ensure contract deliverables and SLAs are met.
Coordinate recruitment, training, and on-ground supervision of the field teams.
Implement quality control and operational audit systems to maintain service standards.
Monitor budgets, reduce operational costs, and improve efficiency.
Ensure legal and statutory compliance in all operational areas.

Requirements:

Experience:
5 to 10 years in operations, specifically in hospitality, facility management, and manpower sourcing.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities.
Proven experience managing large, diverse teams and multi-location operations.
Knowledge of compliance, staffing regulations, and vendor coordination.
Location Preference:
Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
