Your qualifications should include 3+ years of experience, familiarity with PLC, strong organizational and communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a technical interest. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability - Manage the daily functions of the business - Prepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate processes - Manage the budget to align with the goals of the business Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in a similar role - Familiarity with PLC - Strong organizational and communication skills - Strong ability to multitask - Strong technical interest Additionally, the experience with PLC programming, technical drivers, quality metrics, maintenance, negotiation with vendors, facility management, measurements, and people management will be beneficial for this role.,
