Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Patna Company: Turant Logistics Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing delivery partners, coordinating with teams, ensuring timely deliveries, and handling operational challenges efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily delivery operations within the city. Coordinate between field teams, delivery partners, and support staff. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of parcels. Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets are met. Resolve customer or delivery issues promptly. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports. Assist in onboarding new delivery partners and ensuring training. Requirements: Graduate in any field (logistics background preferred) 1+ years of experience in logistics or operations management Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in MS Excel and communication tools Ability to multitask and solve real-time issues
