Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end delivery of operational services, ensuring timely execution, quality, and alignment with business goals. You will be responsible for implementing ITIL-based service management practices, monitoring SLAs, incidents, and change controls. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a liaison between business, technology teams, and vendors will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will oversee daily operations, mentor teams, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of operational services - Implement ITIL-based service management practices - Monitor SLAs, incidents, and change controls - Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a liaison between business, technology teams, and vendors - Oversee daily operations, mentor teams, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and scalability Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in operations, delivery management, and ITIL-based service management - Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and service delivery models - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with hands-on ServiceNow and data analytics proficiency - Ability to thrive in dynamic environments while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement Note: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in over 50 countries.
