At Star Automation Solution, we specialize in designing and manufacturing high-performance Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) for industrial automation. With a focus on innovation and precision, we are expanding and seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Head to lead our growing team and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the manufacturing unit for SPM projects
• Coordinate across Design, Production, Purchase, and Project teams to ensure timely project execution
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, resource allocation, and cost optimization
• Oversee quality standards and ensure adherence to technical specifications
• Handle client coordination during manufacturing & pre-dispatch
• Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement strategies
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (engineers, technicians, supervisors)
• Review and approve BOMs, drawings, and shop floor planning
• Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and operational efficiency

✅ Key Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations/Production in SPM or custom machine manufacturing
• Strong technical understanding of machine components, assembly, pneumatics, and automation systems
• Proven leadership in team handling and inter-department coordination
• Excellent project planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of ERP/project management tools is a plus
