Operation Head

As an Operations Head in a CNC Machine Shop, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, optimizing processes, managing workforce, and ensuring quality assurance for on-time delivery. With over 15-20 years of experience in leadership roles, you will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Optimizing CNC (Turning / VMC / HMC) operations through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies - Technical knowledge of tooling, fixture design, cycle time reduction, and CAD/CAM integration - Building and leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations - Analyzing performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable solutions - Production scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality control management - Cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and inventory management - Manpower planning, team leadership, and safety compliance - Shop floor management, scheduling, vendor, and supply chain coordination - Training and mentoring team members for operational excellence Qualifications Required: - Age limit: 35 to 55 years - Experience: 15-20 years in CNC Machine Shop - Proficiency in VMC programming, process planning, and quality control standards - Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive operational excellence - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies - Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams - Commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning In addition to the core responsibilities, you will be expected to contribute strategic leadership, technical insight, and align your results with the organizational goals. The job offers a competitive salary range of 70,000 to 80,000 per month along with benefits like paid sick time, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
