SPEAK WITH EMPLOYER : 9790318594 / 9087522366 Designation: VMC SETTER CUM OPERATOR Gender preference: MALE Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E / Any Degree Skillset: ü Operating, Setting & Basic Programming (VMC Setter). ü Quality instruments Handling. ü Handling of precision tools. Roles to handle: ü Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications. ü Load and unload materials onto the machines. ü Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary. ü Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. ü Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. ü Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. ü Maintain a clean and organized work area. ü Adhere to safety and quality standards. ü Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints. ü Good understanding of machining techniques. ü Strong attention to detail and precision. ü Mechanical aptitude. ü Problem-solving skills. ü Managing production for a shift, including daily output and performance. ü Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift. ü Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
