As an experienced and highly skilled Operations Head with over 15-20 years of progressive leadership in machine shop environments, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, process optimization, workforce management, strategic CNC programming, quality assurance, and on-time delivery planning. Your proven track record includes enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will be adept at implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and drive operational excellence. Your role will involve optimizing CNC (Turning / VMC / HMC) operations through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies. You are required to have strong technical knowledge of tooling, fixture design, cycle time reduction, and CAD/CAM integration. Building and leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with design, quality, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You should possess the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions that align with business objectives. Your commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning will be crucial. Key competencies expected from you include VMC programming and process planning, production scheduling and workflow optimization, quality control management (GD&T, SPC, ISO standards), cost reduction, efficiency improvement, inventory and supply chain coordination, manpower planning, team leadership, safety compliance, shop floor discipline, shop floor management and scheduling, vendor and supply chain coordination, and team leadership and training. You will play a vital role in driving operational excellence, maintaining high precision standards, and delivering results aligned with organizational goals. This position is ideal for individuals aged between 35 to 55 years with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in CNC Machine Shop. The salary range for this role is between 70,000 to 80,000 per month. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The work schedule is in the day shift, and there is a yearly bonus offered. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 10/06/2025.,
