About Us: At Cinnamon Closet, we create elegant, timeless, and functional fashion for the modern woman. As a growing D2C fashion brand, we’re looking for a smart and driven Operations Executive to streamline our backend operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: ********************************************** Order Management: Track and manage daily orders on Shopify. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries. Inventory Coordination: Maintain stock accuracy across warehouse and website. Assist in planning replenishments based on sales trends and forecasts. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with fabric vendors, tailors, and packaging suppliers for timely production and dispatch. Ensure QC (Quality Check) process is followed before shipments. Customer Order Support: Address and resolve post-order queries related to delivery, returns, or exchanges. Coordinate with customer care for order-related updates. Logistics & Returns Management: Handle return shipments, coordinate for RTO (Return to Origin) and ensure refunds are processed smoothly. Reports & Analytics: Maintain Excel sheets or dashboard logs for sales, returns, and production. Prepare weekly operation status reports. What We’re Looking For: ------------------------------ Proficiency in Excel and comfort with Shopify/back-end dashboards. Excellent coordination and communication skills (English and Hindi). Prior experience in e-commerce or fashion retail is a plus. Should be proactive and solution-oriented with a sense of ownership.
