Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to manage key aspects of client coordination, including refund processes, email communications, therapy scheduling, and session management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refund Coordination:
  • Manage and process refund requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolution of refund-related issues.
  • Email Coordination:
  • Respond to and manage incoming client emails professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow-up for all correspondence.
  • Therapy Work Coordination:
  • Liaise with therapists and clients to schedule and confirm therapy sessions.
  • Track client progress and ensure smooth coordination between sessions.
  • Client Session Management:
  • Handle end-to-end session management including reminders, feedback collection, and rescheduling.
  • Provide support before, during, and after client sessions to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing or customer support role (preferably in wellness, healthcare, or service industries).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in using email tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems (preferred).
