We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer with 3-5 years of experience in driving sales conversions and generating leads through Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools to optimize digital marketing campaigns. This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes. Key Duties: Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (including all ad types: image, video, carousel, dynamic, etc.) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.) to drive conversions and leads. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to maximize Meta leads through targeted campaigns, audience segmentation, and creative optimization. Analytics & Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking to monitor campaign performance, set up conversion goals, and analyze user behavior. Catalog Management: Create and manage product catalogs for dynamic ads on Meta and Google platforms to enhance retargeting and conversion strategies. Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve business goals. Audience Targeting: Leverage Meta’s audience insights and Google’s targeting capabilities to build and refine audience segments for maximum campaign efficiency. Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports, provide actionable insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and sales targets. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising, including updates to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing. Demonstrated success in overseeing paid advertising campaigns on multiple platforms. Proficiency in various tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, Pinterest Ads, spreadsheets, and email marketing platforms. Strong analytical acumen for data interpretation and informed decision-making. Desirable Skills: Experience in e-commerce marketing, particularly within the art or creative sector. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
