Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across ticketing, bookings, and customer support
• Monitor service delivery timelines and escalate delays
• Maintain internal records, reports, and documentation
• Liaise with vendors, agents, and service partners to ensure smooth execution
• Support compliance with IRCTC and travel industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• Graduate preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Skills

• Experience in travel operations or administrative support
• Familiarity with booking platforms and CRM tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
