Job Description – Operation ExecutiveAbout this Role

You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operational journey for all clients—from onboarding to withdrawal and ongoing trade support. Your role will focus on constant improvement, timely execution, and operational accuracy as the organization scales into new products, features, and jurisdictions. Your contribution directly impacts customer experience, turnaround time, and product efficiency.

Core Responsibilities1. Client Journey Management

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience during onboarding, trading activities, and exit/withdrawal stages.
  • Identify service gaps and propose continuous improvements to achieve operational excellence. Chintan Dhobi

2. Process Management

  • Oversee daily operational processes including fund transfers, trading account onboarding, and trade execution reporting.
  • Monitor timelines to ensure client funds and execution updates are processed accurately and on schedule.
  • Regularly evaluate workflows and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce friction points. Chintan Dhobi

3. Partner Coordination

  • Communicate with global partners to oversee FX trade speeds, execution issues, reporting expectations, and turnaround SLAs.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to elevate product performance and customer satisfaction. Chintan Dhobi

4. Problem Resolution

  • Troubleshoot customer issues alongside the team to ensure quick turnaround and minimal escalation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational bottlenecks are resolved promptly. Chintan Dhobi

5. Risk & Control Management

  • Monitor, identify, and mitigate operational risks across assigned markets and reporting cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with process standards and operational guidelines to minimize exposure risk. Chintan Dhobi

Success Criteria

  • Reduction in operational delays and enhanced service accuracy.
  • Strong partner rapport resulting in faster execution support.
  • High-quality client experience from account creation to service fulfilment.
  • Proactive identification and mitigation of operational risk points.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and coordination ability

  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of trading operations, reporting standards, and fund processing turnaround

Experience & Qualification

  • Graduate in Finance / Business / Commerce / Management
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations within financial services, broking, trading, or fintech domains
  • Prior exposure to client operations, execution reporting, FX or partner coordination preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
