Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients by calling leads provided by the company
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients regarding bookings, queries, and service updates
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Assist walk-in customers with travel-related services
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Graduate preferred
• Strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BPO or telesales
• Familiarity with offline sales and customer handling
• Prior exposure to travel or hospitality industry is a bonus
