JD:
* *Manage customer queries, orders, payments, refunds, and complaints via WhatsApp Business, and emails* within SLA timelines (sometimes on call)
* Ensure quick and empathetic resolution, achieving high first-contact closure rates
* *Maintain daily reports of customer conversations to track recurring issues* and provide feedback for process improvement
* Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth order processing and timely updates
* *Achieve high first-contact resolution (80%+) by delivering accurate information with empathy and professionalism*
