Compliance: Ensuring operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas needing attention. Team Leadership: Managing teams, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support. Vendor Management: Overseeing relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement and logistics. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential operational risks.
