Job Description

Responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks, documentation, coordination with clients, bankers, and internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow across all financial services offered by the company. The role requires strong communication, documentation accuracy, and proficiency in computer operations. Managing day-to-day operations for loan processing & documentation • Feeding and maintaining project data in prescribed formats • Coordinating with clients for required documents, updates, and follow-ups • Supporting sales, credit, and management teams • Preparing reports, Excel sheets, and data entries • Filing (digital & physical) of client documents • Communication with banks/NBFC representatives • Drafting emails, preparing MIS, maintaining workflow • Coordinating meetings, client visits, and operational activities
