Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Operations Excellence Manager. The role involves driving operational efficiency, developing and implementing process improvement strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Operations Excellence Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and lead initiatives to achieve the company’s business goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Process Improvement, Lean Management, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong skills in Performance Metrics Analysis, Data Analytics, and Problem-Solving
  • Proven experience in Leadership, Team Building, and Change Management
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent degree preferred)
  • Experience working in manufacturing or consumer electronics industries is highly desirable
