Job Title: Operation Coordinator

Location: Mehsana

Experience: 1–3 years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management & Collection

- Collect and consolidate data from various departments for operational analysis.

- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in systems and reports.

- Performance Tracking

- Monitor project and team performance against set KPIs and targets.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and progress reports.

- Maintain comprehensive operational records and documentation.

- Coordination & Communication

- Act a a liaison between internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

- Support management in planning and executing operational strategies.

- Compliance & Code of Conduct

- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and code of conduct.

- Promote a culture of discipline, transparency, and ethical work practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data tools.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

- Understanding of code of conduct, process discipline, and documentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

- Prior experience in an operations or coordination role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
