Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operation Co-Ordinator to manage loan documentation and coordination. The role involves checking income documents, verifying KYC, and coordinating with clients and bankers to ensure smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinize and verify income documents, KYC, and supporting loan papers
  • Ensure documentation accuracy as per banker and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with clients and bankers for document collection and clarifications
  • Maintain proper documentation records and follow up on pending items
  • Support end-to-end loan processing operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • Experience: 2–3 years in loan operations, documentation, or financial services
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate professionally with clients and bankers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
