Operation Associate

As an Operations Support Specialist at our company, your role will involve contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operational processes. You will work closely with various internal teams such as analysts, business development, finance, and tech departments to ensure smooth workflow. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) will be a crucial part of your responsibilities to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, maintaining operational documentation, SOPs, and process workflows will be essential to support project implementation and cross-functional initiatives. You will also be responsible for preparing operational reports and presenting insights to management while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in operations, business support, or process management (freshers with strong internships may also apply). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets expertise preferred). - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.,
