Operation Assistant

About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable and proactive person who can assist with daily operations from maintaining records and inventory counts to coordinating dispatches, errands, and supporting during brand events. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable with system work, and doesn’t mind being hands-on when needed. Key Responsibilities: Enter order, stock, and dispatch details in system sheets or Excel. Track and update inventory counts regularly. Coordinate with delivery partners and logistics for pickups/deliveries. Help with packaging, dispatches, and basic warehouse organization. Maintain office supplies and packing materials. Support during pop-ups or brand events (setup, logistics, coordination). Run small errands and assist with general upkeep.
