Operation Assistant

Role Overview: As a Dispatch and Receiving Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods, timely inventory management, and seamless coordination of delivery staff. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the dispatch and receiving of items, managing inventory, and requesting goods from suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for accuracy and quality, and ensure they are properly recorded. - Prepare outgoing shipments, verify orders, and ensure items are correctly packed for delivery. - Assign delivery routes to drivers, providing clear instructions for efficient and safe delivery. - Monitor and track the progress of delivery staff, ensuring on-time deliveries and adherence to company policies. - Maintain accurate inventory records, updating stock levels and tracking product movement. - Regularly conduct physical inventory counts to reconcile with the database. - Identify inventory needs and create purchase orders for goods as required. - Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely and accurate ordering of supplies. - Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, invoices, and relevant paperwork. - Prepare reports on dispatch and receiving activities for management. Qualification Required: - Total work experience of 1 year is required. - Experience in dispatch coordination or a related field is preferred.
