Job Description

As an Operation Assistant in the Cattel Feed Manufacturing industry located in Industrial Area, Phase-I, Chandigarh, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Good Knowledge of Advance Excel, including MIS-VLOOKUP, Hlookup, and Pivot. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with efficiency in understanding Macros and other tools. - Managing order booking and following up with operations & supply chain team. - Coordinating with Marketing & sales team. - Monthly commission calculation. - Fortnightly billing checking. - Coordinating among Marketing & sales team. - Coordinating with SAP team & Salesforce team to resolve any issue. - Coordination with various departments to ensure smooth supply chain of the products. - Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. - Generating MIS report as per management requirements.
