Job Description

Provide AMS support for OpenText Exstream and ECM platforms, including incident resolution, problem management, and change implementation.
Maintain and optimize document generation and content management workflows.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions using OpenText tools.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in coordination with infrastructure teams.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and support guides.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support for production environments.
