Job Description

As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to address customer issues by diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and providing assistance in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary needs. Furthermore, you will actively lead small projects, participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, and strive to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. Your role will also entail developing value-creating strategies, staying updated on industry trends and technologies, demonstrating logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, understanding financial processes, suggesting technology solutions for process improvements, and showcasing client interfacing skills. Preferred skills for this role include expertise in Content Services, specifically in Document and Records Management Platform, with a focus on OpenText Content Server. Your ability to innovate, drive growth, enhance business profitability, and effectively manage projects and teams will be key to success in this position.
