Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurgaon, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Opentext Architect will design, implement, and manage OpenText solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and deploying enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, and providing technical leadership for OpenText projects. The role will also involve troubleshooting, optimizing system performance, and staying updated on new OpenText features and functionalities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in OpenText product suite including Content Server, Documentum, or Extended ECM
• Experience with enterprise content management, system architecture, and designing robust ECM solutions
• Skills in solution integration, custom module development, and workflows
• Understanding of business process optimization and aligning solutions with organizational goals
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and collaborate with diverse teams
• Certification in OpenText technologies or equivalent qualifications is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant experience in the field is highly valued
