Educational Qualification

ii. Post-graduation in technology is preferred.

iii. Should have strong oral and written communication skills and should be well-versed with program management tools.

Experience –

• Must have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in IT architecture designing and implementation, with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in private or public cloud implementations
• Should have Experience in the role of Architect for private cloud for large IT projects (system user base of more than 10,000 or project value more than INR 100 crores).
• Experience in migration from traditional data centre architecture to cloud environment or transformation to a cloud architecture.
• Experience in implementing open sources tools like open stack/cloud stack across one or more projects.
• Experience in DC automation tools and scripting.
• Must have experience in implementing and configuring large scale EMS systems.
• Experience in open source EMS is a must.

Job Profile –

1) Will be responsible for implementing the open source private cloud architecture for CIDR.

2) Will be responsible for migration of As-Is CIDR architecture to the to-be state private cloud architecture

3) Will coordinate with UIDAI appointed vendors in supporting migration of their applications to the private cloud environment

4) Assist in implementing disaster recovery and coordinate efforts with other vendors and architects in the event of any disaster.

5) Will be responsible for coordinating with UIDAI appointed vendors in resolving any issues identified with the IaaS and PaaS services offered

6) Will be responsible for managing the private cloud service catalog and ensure the necessary service levels are achieved

7) Will be responsible for cloud capacity planning and risk management based on emerging business requirements and threats and will coordinate with other MSIP architects in implementing the planned changes

8) Will be responsible for gathering detailed business requirements, design and architecture and implementation of the EMS solution as per the specifications

9) Will be responsible for ensuring that automated SLA monitoring is enabled for all SLAs and ensuring that automated reports and dashboards are available for UIDAI's users.

10) Coordinate with OEMs to integrate the EMS and automation solutions with their respective hardware and software products

11) Coordinate with UIDAI appointed vendors for integration of the EMS solutions with their respective products, platforms, or solutions.
