Hiring Now: Regional Sales manager (Retail sales)

Location:

Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Designation Regional Sales manager (Retail sales)

Roles and responsibilities

Ability to manage a team with a size of 20 to 25 members
Achieve assigned targets and make stores profitable.
Responsible for sales and collection across territory.
Recruit team and review team performance.
Visit markets, Record observations, Manage daily routine.
Identify risk factors, do random checks on inventory, cash & assets.
Identify caterers, canteens, Wedding halls, restaurants for bulk sales in cash and carry mode.
Work on audit feedback, take action against insubordination, misappropriation, indiscipline.
