Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We have urgent opening for VP Hospitality in Pune with a real estate developer.

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive hospitality strategy aligned with the companys vision and goals.
Drive innovation in service delivery, menu offerings, and customer engagement.
Strategize & comply with Legal & Liaisoning responsibilities
Profit& Loss Accountability including cashflow management and overseeing accounts, finance, sales, marketing departments
Stake holder management
Oversee daily operations of all cafs, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Monitor and improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
Champion a customer-first culture across all venues.
Handle escalated customer feedback and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Optimize cost control and revenue generation strategies.
Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and contractors.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
Identify opportunities for new hospitality ventures or improvements.
Lead the launch of new outlets or services.

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in management preferably from a reputed management institute
15+ years of experience in Hotel Industry handling operations independently along with Profit & Loss accountability
Strong leadership, and communication skills.
