1. Research, develop, and implement training programs to ensure full compliance with company and regulatory policies, including safety topics like confined space and lockout/tagout procedures.
2. Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and recommend solutions to operational problems identified through reviews. 3. Maintain and update training records, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with administrative systems. 4. Collaborate with the Training Content Specialist to embed policy and regulatory requirements into all training materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards. 5. Provide technical support and guidance to communications officers regarding policies and procedures, ensuring proper use of equipment and practices.
Skills required
1. A strong understanding of telecommunications regulations, industry standards, and internal policies is essential for this role.
2. The ability to interpret complex regulatory documents and identify potential compliance gaps is a core function. 3. A meticulous approach is required for managing and auditing regulatory documentation and ensuring the accuracy of records. 4. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills are necessary for preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and providing clear guidance to staff. 5. Qualfication
