Hi, Role: The role will fully own all aspects P&L of the business unit including revenue growth, business development, operational excellence, technology, commercial and human resources. He/She will be responsible for farming/hunting new account through his business development team. Design and delivery of the business short-, medium- and long-term strategies within the overall policy guidelines of the organization. Ensuring the delivery on the committed revenue and profitability of the business unit. Building order book and ensuring its conversion to revenue and profitability on a monthly basis. Designing and building a sustained business organization leading to high productivity and employee morale. Creation of work culture designed for high employee involvement and delight. Building and sustaining the BIW manufacturing and operating capability of the business unit in the area of hot stamping and cold stamping through the HPS and LPS press shop systems. Commercial analysis and trend management. Cost Management and optimization leading to healthy profitability for the business unit. Designing and building a sustained business organization leading to high productivity and employee morale. Creation of work culture designed for high employee involvement and delight. Identifying and implementing new business growth opportunity within the business domain leading to building of a 1500 Cr business unit. Ensuring availability of resources including finance for funding of the project. Around 20+ years of experience in a B2B organization of which at least 7-8 years should be in a leadership position. Experience of BIW product segment including hot and cold stamping (HPS and LPS System) either at Sales or Operational level is a must. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical) or its equivalent. MBA from an institute of repute (preferred). Kindly share updated resume on s.fayaz.ahammad@in.ey.com
